Bay State Drones provides commercial aerial data services including photography, videography, RTK-enabled mapping, and construction site documentation deliverables. All services are performed by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots.

Scope, deliverables, and expected accuracy are defined during project scoping. Our services are intended for project documentation, planning, and progress tracking, and are not a substitute for licensed land surveying or legal boundary determination.

3. Quotes and Projects

Quotes are valid for the period stated and subject to scope confirmation. Projects are governed by written agreements or purchase orders. Payment terms and delivery schedules are specified in project documentation.

4. Use of Deliverables

Deliverables are provided for the use specified in the project scope. Clients may use deliverables for the agreed purposes. Redistribution or use beyond the agreed scope may require additional licensing. We retain the right to use project imagery for portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for verifying that deliverables meet their specific project requirements prior to reliance on the data.

5. Weather and Scheduling

Aerial operations depend on weather and airspace conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule flights when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for data capture. We will work with you to minimize disruption. Delays caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or site access limitations may impact delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 7. Data Accuracy and Limitations

Drone data accuracy varies based on site conditions, environmental factors, and project requirements. While RTK workflows can achieve high relative accuracy, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed unless explicitly defined in the project scope.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious software, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. All content on this site is the property of Bay State Drones and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
